📌 Projects

NCBI Disease Classifier
Link Disease word classifier model comparison with different types of neural networks (CNN, GRU, LSTM) using ncbi_disease dataset. This data was retrieved from Hugging face dataset api. The project aims to apply named entity recognition on disease names.

Preprocessing the ncbi_disease dataset (stopword and punctuation cleaning, vectorization).
Compiling the data on different types of neural networks.
Technologies used: Tensorflow, Pandas, Numpy, Hugging Face Dataset API.

Pathfinding and Maze Generation
Link The project’s scope generating random mazes and solving them automatically.

Creating a grid based maze with randomized prim’s algorithm.
Solving the maze with the DFS algorithm.
Technologies used: Javascript, p5.js, html, css, bootstrap.

Crypto Project
Link The project’s scope is displaying the most used crypto currency values and showing the charts according to time series based data.

Building the mobile application side of the project.
Designing and implementing landing screen, currency list, detail page, handling chart api, crypto currency data api.
